Kelli Parker

Director of Economic Opportunity

As Director of Economic Opportunity (EO) Kelli’s focus is on meeting its mission to create wealth equity, a vital outcome for achieving inclusion, self-sufficiency, and upward mobility in our Treasure and Magic Valley areas.

Kelli joins the EO Team after 20 years of diverse roles and experiences at HP Inc.   That background provided Kelli opportunities to deliver high quality services and ensure positive outcomes through effective strategic planning and building strong partnerships.  In addition to her HP career, Kelli has been a service leader, giving time in a variety of roles with Women Innovators, St. Luke’s Treasure Valley Health Foundation, and St. Luke’s Community Health Boards.

Kelli has enjoyed a number of incredible experiences while travelling across multiple continents and living abroad, but she has yet to find a place like her hometown of Boise.  She loves its natural surroundings, the generosity of its people, and the shared appreciation for the canine companion.  Her happy place is on a rock wall, climbing with her French husband.
