EO Project Assistant

Jess provides service for EO’s Childcare Business Development by working to support clients in their journey of starting a business. As the Project Assistant, Jess schedules and delivers trainings for new and existing clients in addition to implementing project assessment tools that help maximize the effectiveness of the program. She has several years of experience as an English Language Instructor for adult refugees and she finds joy in helping people feel confident in their personal and professional lives. Outside of work, Jess loves to spend time with her husband and dog. She is a birding enthusiast and enjoys spending time outdoors learning about Idaho’s native flora and fauna.
