As of 2017, women make up only 7% of licensed pilots in the US. Of commercial pilots, even less. Weedor, a mentee with the EO Starling project, wants to change that. Weedor is on her way to becoming one of the few female commercial pilots in the US. Once she becomes a pilot, Weedor says that she is going to mentor other young women who want to accomplish their dreams, and inspire other women to aim high.
